Peace Peace?
Clearly the events of May 14/15 2018 tell a very different story!
Mankind needs an ANTIDOTE!!!!
Psalm 122 encourages us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and those who live in her.
As a follower of Jesus .....that’s the “outsider” Jesus...the one with the inclusive way of Peace - Im convinced that His heart is wide open to include all peoples made in the Creators image not just exclusively His cultural Hebraic family, but everyone, which undoubtedly extends to their cousins the house of Ishmael, who seem to have gotten quite a bad press over time.
Rain check ☔️
We’ve all screwed up....no one is squeaky clean....that’s why we need a Saviour
So may I encourage you to
*Pray without Prejudice if we desire Real Peace*
Maybe we will see the King’s ...Kingdom come?

Feathers over Jerusalem Lyrics
——————————————
It’s been a while since the Romans left.
This city in dust and ruin
They say it’s the place where Jesus wept
And if you’re quiet
You can still hear him weeping
Woe Jerusalem.
How I’ve longed to gather you
As mother hen - she longs to do
Under my
protecting wings
Cover you with feathers
Protect you with feathers
Under my protecting wings
But you want embassies and steel fists to shield
Like all the other kings - like all the other nations do
No
No
Yes - Here are the roots
Yes - Here are the foundations
The remnants of your history making - Laid low
Like a naked fabled king
Cat walking his invisible stuff
For the whole world to see
It’s enough
It’s enough
Woe Jerusalem.
How I’ve longed to gather you
As mother hen - she longs to do
Under my protecting wings
Cover you with feathers
Protect you with feathers
Shelter you
Under My protecting wings
You were never meant to live in ruins
You need a new place to call home
One where the heartbeat of Creator
Beats alone
Beats alone
Listen to the heart.
Listen to him heart beating
Listen to the heart
I can still hear him singing
Woe Jerusalem.
How I’ve longed to gather you
As mother hen - she longs to do
Under My protecting wings
Cover you with feathers
Protect you with feathers
Under my protecting wings
Bless - don’t curse
Bless - don’t curse
And you will Blessed on the earth
So Lift up your hands
Lift up your voice
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem
Oh Lord we pray for the prince of peace
Come set down your feet in the Middle East
Oh Lord we pray for the prince of peace
Yeshua Come and set down your feet in the Middle East
